Study of some haematological and immunological parameters in patients infected with giardia lamblia in Najaf Governorate

The current study aimed at finding the relationship between infection of Giardia lamblia and some hematological (complete blood count, concentration ferritin) immunological parameters (interleukin-6, interleukin-10), present was carried out from June, 2020 to May, 2021. A total 509 suspected patients samples 50 healthy persons , whom have meant laboratory AL-Hakeem hospital ,Al Sader General Hospital ,AL-Zahra maternity pediatrics Al Furat in AL-Najaf province.The results showed a high incidence injuries among age group (10-20) As percentage (52.06%) While lowest rate (51-60) (37.52%),The clear decrease most people infected with parasite Compared an increase eosinophilic cells compared group, Result revealed that (IL-6) male female G. were significant (P (211.92±13.07pg /ml), (263.75±21.73) respectively control (481.54±19.83pg (394.66±32.98pg/ml) respectively.
